1. The world in colour - The influence of colour displays on sexual selection, mutualistic & antagonistic interactions have been well documented, however, global patterns in colour diversity remained largely understudied. 

I am investigating flower colour diversity at global, regional and community scales.  More specifically, I am investigating the influence of phenology, phylogeny and rarity on diversity of flower colours.

2. Mistletoes - Australian mistletoe appear similar to their hosts and have a high degree of host specificity at the community level.  I am investigating the correlation between these two patterns.
